Avoid These 8 Dangerous Ingredients!

This is a list of  8 dangerous ingredients we need to avoid. Why?  Because they are detrimental to our health and to a developing brain. What we eat affects our cells, which affects how we feel, think and learn.  It is important to read our food labels so we know exactly what we are feeding our bodies. Avoiding these 8 ingredients is vital for the brain to function properly and to help acheive mental clarity and focus.

 

1.   AVOID HYDROGENATED OILS, FAST, PROCESSED AND FRIED FOODS!

      Stay away from All Foods that have Trans fatty acids in them. Read those labels!       

      Anything with the words hydrogenated, partially hydrogenated or Trans fat in it.   

      This includes foods that are deep fried at restaurants such as French fries, 

      chicken nuggets, onion rings, etc. Many chips, candies, chocolates, cookies and  

      granola bars also have Trans fat. Be careful! If an item in the store says 0 grams of  

      Trans fat, look for the words hydrogenated oil or hydrogenation in the ingredients. If  

       you see those words, then it means that there is in fact Trans fat in the product. 

      Companies do not have to label the amount   of Trans fat if it is less than 0.5 grams. 

      Hydrogenated oils are poison for your brain and your entire body. When cooking use 

      coconut oil, olive oil or almond oil instead.

 

2.  AVOID PESTICIDES AND TOXINS IN THE FOOD YOU EAT! 

      When one is exposed to pesticides and other toxic chemicals during  

       critical periods of development, serious negative effects can occur and 

       affect you for the rest of your life. Be aware that children are much 

       more vulnerable to its harmful effects. Even in low doses a developing 

       brain is affected significantly. Not only is the brain affected but the 

       nervous system, and reproductive organs can be permanently damaged

       as well this is why it is important to Avoid.

 

3.  AVOID SODA! 

      The high sugar content fuels a child’s hyperactive behavior. It is acid

       forming therefore it interrupts the PH balance in the body. The acid 

       deteriorates the teeth and enamel. It has High Fructose Corn Syrup 

       which contains mercury a toxic heavy metal that has harmful effects on

       the brain, lungs, heart and the immune system.

 

4.  AVOID WHITE PROCESSED SUGAR

        Avoid as much as you possibly can. Use organic raw evaporated cane

        sugar, organic coconut sugar or stevia instead.

 

 

5.  AVOID PRODUCTS WITH MSG (monosodium glutamate)   

       Msg is a food enhancer and is found in many food products. Read those 

       labels as it may be disguised under other names such as; Glutamate, 

       Aspartame, Autolized yeast, Broth, Caseinate, and Hydrolyzed soys. It

       is very dangerous because it is an” Excitotoxin”, meaning it excites the   

       cells to the point of damage. Msg is proven to cause, obesity, brain

       damage, diabetes, high cholesterol, ADHD, Autism, Depression,   

       Migraines, slurred speech and more. 

                       

6. AVOID ASPARTAME

      Also known as Nutra sweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal measure. It is in

      many of our food and drinks. It is poison and like MSG it is an “Excitotoxin”, 

      causing nerve cell damage. These are some of the side effects: Memory loss, 

      headaches, fatigue, depression, vision and hearing problems, asthma. Some 

      long term side effects are dementia, brain lesions, 

      Alzheimer’s, neuroendocrine disorders. Read those Labels! That’s the only 

      way you will know what you are feeding your family.

 

7. AVOID HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP 

      It is genetically modified. It causes liver damage, hyperactivity, and 

      weight gain. It also contains mercury, which is one of the most toxic 

      substances. Mercury is harmful to the brain, heart, lungs, kidneys and

      the immune system.

 

8. AVOID MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS

     Milk is high in cholesterol and also has casein protein in it which causes 

     allergies. 60% of cows carry the leukemia virus and 80% carry 

     paratuberculoses which causes irritable bowel syndrome. Milk also   

     causes mucus and phlegm!! Many people have a hard time digesting the  

     enzymes in milk. Those who have a craving for milk casein /and or gluten/ and or soy  

     can suffer from language delays, attention problems, a “fog” like state and poor eye 

     contact. They may have mood, anger, aggression or self injurious behavior issues too.  

     I know this may be difficult for some, but do your best. Drink almond, goat or rice 

     milk instead.
