3 Steps to Increase Attention


In this this fast paced world we are being bombarded with so many things at once. We start one thing, move on to a second and third and forget to go back and finish the first thing we started.

Our ability to stay focused is put to the test when we have so much to do. I know many of you moms out there are just like me, you have a list of things you have to do and the best of intentions to accomplish them. You get started only to get interrupted by one of your children, a phone call, a knock on the door, then, you either forget about it or lose motivation.

Students in school are challenged in the area of attention as they sit in their classrooms for a long period of time listening to someone lecture. They may start off focused, however, towards the end of class they start to lose it and all they hear is blah, blah, blah and then their minds start to wonder.

If you need help increasing your attention and memory, here are 3 steps that will help you achieve this in a natural way through diet and key supplements.


Step 1: Commence your day with a glass of water before you have breakfast.

Our brain is made up of 70 percent water, so starting of your day with a glass

of water to hydrate your brain is important.

Think about it, while we sleep through the night, we do not drink anything,
